
Types of deals available
Our property deals fall into three main cateogries. They are:-
Buy to Let
(vacant possession or short term tenant) - properties "stack up" to produce an excess rental income each month, after mortagage and other outgoings.

Buy to Let
(Long Term Tenant) - the vendor wishes to remain in the property as a tenant after it has been sold. Tenants usually wish to remain in the property on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy with a view to staying in the property for the foreseeable future.
Buy to Sell
Rental income would not cover mortgage payments and the property is being sold with vacant possession, therefore in some cases, with a light refurbishment, the property would be suitable for selling on at the open market value.
