Option 1:

Advertise your house on rightmove for 6 months with an upfront fee of £250+vat (£293.75 inc vat)  With this option you manage all your viewings.

Option 2:

Advertise your house on rightmove for 6 months with an upfront fee of £125+vat (£146.88 inc vat) and a fee of £200+vat (£235 inc vat) only payable on completion.  With this option you manage all your viewings.

Option 3:

Advertise your house on rightmove for 0.9% commission of the sale price payable on completion.  With this option there is no set period and we manage all your viewings.

Please note:   for option 1&2 there is an extended option to carry on advertising for 6 months for only £125.11+vat (£147 inc vat)
