Ian Taylor
Ian worked for a commerical property investment company in Newbury as an Asset Manager from 1998 until 2003 then started to invest in residential property in late 2005 and by mid 2007 had a portfolio of approx. £8M approximately 60 properties. He continues to actively purchase properties for himself and others.
Jody Goode
Jody was UK Sales Executive for a multinational brand specialising in state of the art market leading opto electronic devices from 1999-2002. The role lead to becoming business development manager for an optics firm dealing on a truly international level. Whilst in this role, he started investing in residential property and made the shift to investing as full time role from early 2006. With a divers personal portfolio consisting of both residential and commercial property, Jody has built a wealth of knowledge drawn from experiences to date.
